Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund as per our Returns & Refunds policy. Returned items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a refund.

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Are unused and in original packaging.
  • Have all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return. Await confirmation and a return authorization number/ticket. You can then proceed to ship the product to our designated address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, return shipping costs may be reimbursed.
